1- What is necessary for my company to participate in the ETHIC Project?

To be a part of the ETHIC Project your company needs to be an SME and have its activity on the specific areas of Tourism or Agro-Food. You may contact the ETHIC Office of your region/country for more information. There is no direct financial support by the project to the enterprise, and at the same time, the access and participation on the project is totally free.

2- What kind of support is given by the ETHIC Office?

The ETHIC Office is a small structure composed by specialized technical staff that is now officially open and completely available to support the enterprises in several areas, such as: understanding their needs at different levels: contacts with support financial founding’s; protocols of cooperation with institutions of research and education; improvement of processes and methods; among others; potential certification and/or implementation of a good practices process (Social Responsibility and Ethics); developing the contents and dissemination material of the activities/products/services of the enterprises (Eg. Translations; changing of the enterprises’ image; new ideas); contacting with other national and international enterprises, attempting to promote and establish new partnerships.

3- Which are the advantages of belonging to the ETHIC Project?

When integrating the ETHIC Project, you may establish partnerships and protocols with enterprises and other institutions of your interest, national ones or international; there may be the possibility of testing new concepts or products/services to explore new markets; there may be established new contacts; there may arise new business opportunities; there may be a possibility of learning and implementing good-practices on the area of Social Responsibility, Equity, Ethics.
